A DOCUMENTARY FEE IS NOT A GOVERNMENT FEE. It is charged by the Seller for handling the paperwork of the sale, and the law does not require it. Ask the Seller what the fee covers before you sign. Buyer and Co-Buyer, together jointly and severally, promise to pay the Total of Payments shown on the first page to Holder, in 60 monthly installments of $468.88 each, beginning on November 4, 2026 and continuing on the same day of each month until paid in full. The finance charge begins to accrue on October 4, 2026, the date of this contract. Any amount that is due and not paid within 15 days after its due date will bear interest at the Annual Percentage Rate shown on the first page, until it is paid or until the contract is paid in full. ACCELERATION If an installment is not paid in full when due, or if Buyer breaks another promise in this contract, Holder may declare the unpaid balance of the Total of Payments due at once. Holder will then credit Buyer with the part of the finance charge that has not been earned. Buyer is in default if the vehicle is lost, stolen, seized, or so badly damaged that it is not worth repairing; if Buyer lets the required insurance lapse; if Buyer gives false information to get credit; or if Buyer dies or becomes insolvent. Holder may take payment late without giving up its right to act on a later default. ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS OF BUYER 1. PAYMENTS Buyer pays each installment on or before its due date at the Holder’s address, or at any address the Holder gives in writing. A payment goes first to any late charge, then to interest, then to the unpaid balance. Taking a late payment does not waive the next one. 2. LATE CHARGE If an installment is 10 or more days late, Buyer agrees to pay a late charge of 5% of the installment or $10.00, whichever is more. Where the law allows, Buyer also pays the reasonable cost of collecting an overdue amount, including court costs and attorneys’ fees. 3. PREPAYMENT Buyer may pay all or part of the balance early at any time, without penalty. If Buyer pays the contract in full before the last installment is due, Buyer is entitled to a refund of the part of the finance charge that has not been earned, figured by the actuarial method. No refund is made if it would be less than $1.00. 4. SECURITY INTEREST Seller keeps a security interest in the vehicle, its accessories and any insurance paid on it, until the Total of Payments and any amounts the Holder advances for taxes, repairs or insurance have been paid in full. Buyer will not sell, lease or give up the vehicle, or keep it outside the state for more than 30 days, without the Holder’s written consent. 5. INSURANCE Buyer keeps the vehicle insured against fire, theft and collision for the whole term, with the Holder named as loss payee. Buyer may buy this insurance from any insurer or agent the Holder finds acceptable. If the insurance lapses, the Holder may buy it for Buyer and add the cost to the balance. Insurance other than the required insurance is optional and is not needed to get credit. 6. CARE OF THE VEHICLE Buyer keeps the vehicle in good repair, pays the taxes, fees and fines charged on it, and keeps it free of liens other than the Holder’s. The Holder may inspect the vehicle at reasonable times. 7. DEFAULT AND REPOSSESSION If Buyer is in default, the Holder may take the vehicle in the way the law allows. Before the Holder sells it, the Holder will give Buyer the notices the law requires, and Buyer may be entitled to get the vehicle back by paying what the law says is owed. Buyer is responsible for any amount still owed after the sale, and for the cost of taking, storing and selling the vehicle. 8. ASSIGNMENT Seller may sell this contract to the Holder. The Holder then has all of Seller’s rights under it, and Buyer will pay the Holder. The federal notice below applies to every holder. 9. CHANGES This contract can be changed only in a writing signed by the Holder. If part of it is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force. If the vehicle is not delivered when this contract is signed, Seller may add the vehicle’s identifying number and the due date of the first installment to Seller’s copy. 10. CO-BUYER Each Buyer is responsible for the whole amount. The Holder may collect from either one, and may agree to renew or extend the contract with either one, without telling the other. NOTICE. ANY HOLDER OF THIS CONSUMER CREDIT CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND DEFENSES WHICH THE DEBTOR COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED PURSUANT HERETO OR WITH THE PROCEEDS HEREOF. RECOVERY HEREUNDER BY THE DEBTOR SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY THE DEBTOR HEREUNDER. If this contract is for the sale of a used motor vehicle, Buyer acknowledges receiving the original or a true copy of the “Buyer’s Guide” displayed on the vehicle. THE INFORMATION ON THE WINDOW FORM IS PART OF THIS CONTRACT, AND IT OVERRIDES ANY CONTRARY PROVISION IN THIS CONTRACT. RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT Dated October 4, 2026 Seller By Buyer Co-Buyer Co-Buyer ASSIGNMENT For value received, Seller sells, assigns and transfers to Cedar Ridge Finance LLC, its successors and assigns (“Assignee”), all of Seller’s rights in the contract on the preceding pages and in the motor vehicle it describes. To persuade Assignee to buy the contract, Seller states that: 1. the contract is genuine and correctly states the sale between Seller and Buyer; 2. the vehicle has been delivered to and accepted by Buyer; 3. the down payment was paid in full by Buyer, in cash or in trade, and none of it was lent or furnished by Seller; 4. Seller had title to the vehicle and the right to sell it, and the vehicle is free of liens and claims; 5. Seller has no notice of any claim or defense of Buyer, and knows of nothing that would impair the contract; 6. each Buyer has the legal capacity to sign, and received a completed copy of the contract; and 7. Seller has followed the Truth in Lending Act, Regulation Z and the other laws that apply to the sale. Seller agrees to buy the contract back, at the unpaid balance plus any amount the Assignee has advanced, if any of these statements is untrue, or if Buyer asserts a claim or defense against the Assignee that arises from the sale. Seller Dated By Title NOTICE TO CO-SIGNER You are being asked to guarantee this debt. Think carefully before you do. If the borrower doesn’t pay the debt, you will have to. Be sure you can afford to pay if you have to, and that you want to accept this responsibility. You may have to pay up to the full amount of the debt if the borrower does not pay. You may also have to pay late fees or collection costs, which increase this amount. The creditor can collect this debt from you without first trying to collect from the borrower. The creditor can use the same collection methods against you that can be used against the borrower, such as suing you, garnishing your wages, etc. If this debt is ever in default, that fact may become a part of your credit record. This notice is not the contract that makes you liable for the debt.
